Portfolio Assistant - Technologist

Position Summary: We are seeking a Technologist in Administration or Accounting for an administrative assistant position in Medellín, focused on reconciliation and portfolio management. A reputable company in the sector, located in the southern part of Medellín, is looking for an administrative assistant to join its team. The candidate must be a Technologist in Administration or Technology in Accounting. SCHEDULES Perform reconciliations of portfolio figures for clients from Large Retail Chains, Supermarkets, and Independent Businesses, to ensure accurate accounting information. Perform compensation of client portfolio payments, to ensure proper cash flow in the business. Monitor client payments across different formats/channels, to ensure proper cash flow in the business. Monitor and analyze portfolio balances and generate status reports, to enable timely decision-making by the commercial team. Manually analyze and compensate payments and documents with discrepancies; and prepare cross-matching proposals for portfolio/saldo/utilization cleanup, to ensure proper cash flow in the business. Support commercial teams in the collection process and validation of portfolio figures through periodic committee meetings and client balance verification visits. Generate portfolio management reports and indicators, to enable timely decision-making by the commercial team. Record cash and credit compensations, returned checks, and prepare debit and credit notes in the system to keep the portfolio status up to date. Apply defined quality, environmental, and occupational risk management standards, norms, and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with current legal requirements applicable to the Business. Salary: Base salary of $1,750,905 + night shift premium + statutory benefits. Shifts: Day shifts, Monday to Friday.
