Job Summary: We are seeking a Project and Applications Analyst to lead technological projects, optimize processes, and provide support for enterprise applications in the industrial sector. A leading company in the industrial and machinery sector requires a Project and Applications Analyst for its team to lead and support technological projects that contribute to optimizing company processes. The role will be responsible for coordinating implementations, managing requirements, performing functional testing, and providing support for enterprise applications that underpin business operations. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on IT, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in: IT project management or coordination. Functional analysis. Software testing (QA). Implementation and support of enterprise applications. Knowledge of: Project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban). Requirements elicitation and analysis. Functional and technical documentation. Project tracking and control tools. Desirable knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT. - Main Responsibilities: Lead projects for implementation, upgrade, and improvement of technological systems. Coordinate activities among users, business areas, vendors, and technical teams. Perform functional testing to ensure the quality of implemented solutions. Analyze, document, and manage functional and technical requirements. Participate in configuration, validation, testing, and deployment of technological solutions. Develop user manuals and train end users. Conduct post-implementation follow-up and functional support for applications. Identify improvement opportunities through technological solutions. Manage incidents and requirements in coordination with the IT department. - Working Conditions Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional Saturday availability (approximately 3 hours).
