Key coordination among teams and vendors At Grupo EMI, we are looking for a Product Owner This role will lead the deployment and implementation of a new accounting ERP system and its associated processes across Latin America, ensuring successful, standardized, and regionally aligned adoption. Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields • +2 years of end-to-end project management experience • Experience managing software vendors during implementations • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Ability to map, analyze, and redesign business processes Responsibilities - Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and lead the full ERP implementation project lifecycle in each country across the region, managing scope, schedule, and budget. - Process Adaptation and Standardization - Serve as the central coordinator among local teams, regional leadership, IT team, and PSL vendor, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of blockers. - Develop and execute a robust change management and user training plan for each country - Vendor Management - Project Reporting and Tracking If you want to be part of a regional transformation, lead strategic projects, and make an impact on LATAM operations, we want to meet you. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 2 years of experience Keywords: specialist, especialista, system, sistema, gestion
