




Position Summary: Support administrative management, coordinate with suppliers, digitize information, and assist with staff needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborator and PPE documentation management 2. Coordination with suppliers and system data entry 3. Administrative support and supply monitoring Checklist for collaborator documentation upon onboarding and offboarding. Documentation for PPE and equipment delivery to collaborators Support for affiliations with the family compensation fund. Digitization of overtime hours in the corporate payroll template. Contact suppliers to coordinate the daily quantity of raw materials to be received. Enter company information system data collected from raw material receipt and dispatch. Accurately complete documents and forms related to service provision. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Classify, code, and archive documents (invoices, contracts, resumes) both physically and in the cloud (Google Drive, OneDrive). Draft letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, and employment certificates according to the company's writing standards. Monitor supply stock (stationery, cafeteria, cleaning supplies) and place orders before depletion. Resolve administrative inquiries from employees (stationery distribution, ID cards, maintenance reports). -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education years of experience Knowledge: Affiliations, Documentation, Microsoft Excel, Customer service Keywords: apprentice, internship, trainee
