Compare system records (Siesa/Temis) with the physical condition of equipment and materials, classifying assets as operational, repairable, obsolete, or due for disposal. 2. Perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance routines, ensuring functionality and safety of stored items. 3. Select and negotiate with authorized suppliers/workshops, request quotes, and issue service orders. 4. Periodically visit workshops to verify progress, quality, and delivery times, documenting findings and photographic evidence. 5. Prepare and deliver items requested by projects, recording every movement (outbound, transfer, or return) in Temis with complete supporting documents. 6. Prepare Excel reports (pivot tables, KPIs) and technical assessments with evidence (photos, measurements) justifying repairs or asset disposal. 7. Support and/or lead cyclic, rotating, or full inventory counts; update shelf labels and references to ensure traceability. 8. Ensure compliance with movement control procedures, preventing discrepancies between physical stock and system records. 9. Respond promptly (via Teams, email, phone, etc.) to inquiries regarding equipment availability, location, and status within established SLAs. 10. Maintain indicators for availability, repair times, and inventory accuracy; propose improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency. 11. As directed by immediate supervisor.
