Job Summary: We are seeking a Cloud Migration Expert (AWS) to lead infrastructure and application migration initiatives to AWS in high-impact projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a **Cloud Migration Expert (AWS)** to lead infrastructure and application migration initiatives to AWS in high-impact projects, working in a **remote modality**. **Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the AWS migration strategy (rehost, replatform, and evolution). * Lead wave-based planning and application portfolio prioritization. * Design and validate secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure, architecture, security, development, and business. * Ensure adoption of governance, security, and FinOps practices. * Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the migration process. * Measure and report key metrics on progress, costs, performance, and stability. * Promote knowledge transfer and adoption of the cloud operating model. **Requirements:** * Proven experience leading AWS migrations in enterprise environments. * Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch. * Solid knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, and automation (IaC). * Experience in regulated and highly critical environments. * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, WebLogic, and IIS operating systems. * Experience with agile methodologies and technology project management. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Prepaid medical coverage * Life insurance * NEORIS Days (flexible days off) * Annual performance bonus * Vacation bonus * Training and learning platforms * Connectivity allowance * Wellness activities or events We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
