Coordinate, supervise, and ensure compliance with quality processes at the production plant, ensuring that developed products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements—particularly in the color approval and plastic transformation processes. * Quality management systems under ISO 9001\. * Plastic production and transformation processes. * Quality control and color approval. * Management of quality indicators. * Development and tracking of procedures, work instructions, and records. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and verify compliance with quality standards in production processes. * Approve and validate color developments according to technical specifications and customer requirements. * Supervise compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System\. * Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement plans. * Coordinate the quality team and ensure execution of departmental activities. * Conduct quality inspections and controls on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. * Prepare quality department management reports and indicators. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and good manufacturing practices. * Provide technical support to production regarding quality and color-related matters. * Participate in internal and external quality system audits. * Competencies * Leadership. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Planning and organization. * Analysis and problem solving. * Decision making.
