Timely handle requests, PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions), and updates A prominent company located in Medellín is looking for experienced personnel to join its team for the position of Administrative Assistant - After-Sales and Customer Support, requiring a minimum of 12 months of experience. · Academic background: Technician or Technologist in administrative fields, customer service, or related areas. · Specific responsibilities: -Manage the after-sales process (follow-up, deliveries, satisfaction validation, and service closure). -Support customers through the emotional and logistical post-purchase process by providing clear and timely information. --Coordinate deliverables, ensuring compliance and quality. Manage information in the CRM, guaranteeing case traceability. -Timely handle requests, PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions), and updates, providing prompt responses. · Required Knowledge: -CRM software proficiency. -Administrative processes. -Customer service. -Document management. · Salary: COP $1,750,905 + transportation allowance COP $249,095 + statutory benefits + overtime, night shift, Sunday, and holiday pay.
