Job Summary: A prominent commercial sector company is seeking a BI Analyst Technician to optimize decision-making through accurate and relevant data analysis, managing dashboards, ETL processes, and databases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize decision-making with accurate and relevant data analysis 2. Design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI 3. Manage ETL processes and automate repetitive tasks A prominent commercial sector company requires a technician with 2 years of experience to assume the role of BI Analyst. Specific knowledge in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Big Data is required, with specialization in data analysis tools to optimize decision-making based on accurate and relevant information. Experience is required in using BI platforms and software such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BI. Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards according to end-user department requirements. ? Provide technical and functional support to users for dashboard usage and interpretation. ? Administer and keep updated the databases used in reports. ? Manage ETL processes to ensure data availability and consistency. ? Lead automation of repetitive tasks using technological tools. ? Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability for decision-making purposes. Education: Technician degree in Statistics, Engineering, Systems, Mathematics, or related disciplines. Experience: 2 years in data analysis and visualization, dashboard development, process automation, and database management, preferably within retail sector companies.
