We are seeking a driver holding a C2 or C3 license to join our distribution team. This opportunity is intended for individuals committed to service, who wish to build customer relationships and grow professionally within the company. Prior experience operating low-bed vehicles is required. · Academic qualifications: Primary education; must be able to read and count. · Job mission: Perform store-to-store merchandise distribution together with route assistants, ensuring adherence to scheduled times and correct product delivery. · Responsibilities: - Operate low-bed trucks for merchandise distribution. - Assist in loading and unloading products. - Support plant-based tasks as required. - Handle cash related to deliveries. - Provide customer service during deliveries. · Knowledge requirements: - Operation of low-bed trucks, full-box trucks, or heavy vehicles over 10 tons. · Professional competencies: - Teamwork, service orientation, and assertive communication. · Salary: COP $1,770,000 + transportation allowance + surcharges + overtime + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM until route completion.
