Job Summary: Operational staff is required to optimize the CEDI through order picking, inventory handling, and pallet auditing. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of distribution center operations 2. Order processing and picking Tiendas Ara, a food product distributor and manufacturer of perishable consumer goods, requires operational staff with primary education and at least three months of experience in operational roles, warehouses, distribution centers, production plants, or related positions involving physical effort. · Mission: Optimize distribution center (CEDI) operations through efficient order picking, inventory management, pallet auditing, and incoming order reception. · Responsibilities: - Perform picking and order preparation. - Manage and update CEDI inventory records. - Audit and verify pallets to ensure accuracy in order preparation. - Receive and process incoming orders. · Salary: COP 1,750,905 per month + food allowance COP 175,000 + transportation allowance + individual productivity bonus + extra-legal transportation allowance COP 75,000 + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating 8-hour shifts 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Contract Type: Initially fixed-term; becomes indefinite after one year.
