Academic background: Technical degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. Job Requirements: Technical training in culinary arts or gastronomy. Knowledge of hot and cold cuisine. Mise en place management skills. Job Mission: Execute standard recipes, mise en place, and production processes while ensuring food quality and compliance with company-defined guidelines. Responsibilities: Perform mise en place during opening and closing shifts. Ensure cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work areas. Monitor product rotation and proper labeling. Issue alerts regarding shortages and the status of raw material stock. Deliver excellent customer service. · Salary: COP $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday with a compensatory day off.
