Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to manage and maintain the company's online presence, ensuring effective and consistent communication aligned with our values and services. Engages with the online community to improve customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Community Manager to join the team at Funeraria San Vicente S.A. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's online presence, ensuring effective and consistent communication aligned with our values and services. Your responsibilities will include creating and publishing relevant content, managing social media accounts, and engaging with our online community to strengthen our brand and improve customer satisfaction. What profile are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles. Essential Technical Skills: - Expert-level proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). - Social media strategies, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and web analytics. - Proficiency in storytelling for compelling narratives. - Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, and Spotify. - Management of metrics and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions). - Updating content on websites. Main Responsibilities: - Content Management: Co-create, schedule, and publish content aligned with corporate identity. - Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, maintaining close relationships with the community. - Analytics: Prepare periodic reports on social media performance and propose improvements based on trends. - Collaboration: Work closely with the audiovisual communicator and graphic designer. - Reputation Management: Safeguard institutional image and handle potential digital crises.
