




Job Summary: Virtual environments manager responsible for implementing and managing virtual training strategies, promoting autonomous use of virtual environments, and enhancing the user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the implementation of virtual training strategies 2. Design and apply strategies for the effective use of virtual environments 3. Monitor and improve the user experience in the Virtual Campus An educational institution in the city requires a virtual environments manager to: manage the implementation process of virtual training and capacity-building strategies on the institution's Virtual Campus; design and implement strategies that promote effective and autonomous use of virtual environments by the university community; monitor user experience in virtual environments and analyze feedback and usage data to design and implement continuous improvement strategies for user experience and process effectiveness on the Virtual Campus; and carry out other responsibilities assigned by their immediate supervisor related to internal departmental processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or fields related to virtual education processes and technical and operational management of LMS platforms. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Moodle platform management and user advisory on virtual education tools. Salary: $3.990.375 Contract: Permanent, full-time.
