Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience to supervise and manage maintenance activities, inventories, and planning in Itagüí. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and monitoring of external maintenance 2. Supplier management and activity verification 3. Support in mechanical, electrical, and facility-related tasks A prominent company at the Itagüí Wholesale Market requires a maintenance technician to assume the position of Maintenance Assistant with one year of experience. Responsibilities: A maintenance technician with one year of experience in the role, possessing basic knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and facility maintenance, as well as proficiency in using electric tools. Primary duties include supervising and monitoring maintenance performed by external individuals or companies at the company’s facilities and/or equipment; managing suppliers and verifying completion of activities; handling inventories; supporting planning and tracking of maintenance programs and schedules; and providing support for mechanical, electrical, and facility-related tasks when necessary. Salary: COP 1,800,000 + transportation allowance. Employment type and contract duration: Fixed-term contract for 3 months. Working hours and location: Wholesale Market – Itagüí.
