




Position Summary: We are seeking dynamic and committed Kitchen Assistants to support food preparation and maintain quality and hygiene standards at sales points. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in cleaning, disinfection, and organization of areas A gastronomy company requires Kitchen Assistants — dynamic and committed individuals responsible for supporting food preparation and maintaining quality, hygiene, and service standards at sales points. Responsibilities: 1. Perform mise en place and assist in food preparation in cold and hot kitchens (griddle, grill, and oven). 2. Carry out cleaning, disinfection, and organization tasks for work areas, utensils, and equipment. 3. Monitor inventory, stock rotation, labeling, and proper storage of raw materials. 4. Receive supplies, wash dishes and utensils, and support assigned operational activities by the supervisor. Salary: 1 SMMLV ($1.750.905) + transportation allowance + social benefits + overtime and surcharges + tips (not applicable during the first 15 days). Education: High school diploma. Experience: 6 months as a kitchen assistant. Contract type and duration: Indefinite-term contract. Work schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (44 hours per week), including openings, mid-shifts, and closings. Regular and split shifts (between 1 and 4 hours, several times per week).
