A leading retail company requires a Point of Sale Manager for its team, with one (1) year of experience in personnel management, cash handling, retail KPI monitoring, and commercial functions. · Academic qualification: Technical or technological degree in Sales, Administration, or related fields. · Job requirements: Experience in personnel management and commercial functions. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of retail KPIs. · Job mission: Ensure the proper operation of the assigned point of sale, guaranteeing achievement of commercial targets, efficient team management, and customer satisfaction. · Responsibilities: Manage the point of sale and ensure its proper operation. Manage the work team and oversee their motivation and performance. Monitor retail KPIs and ensure target achievement. Promote local sales. Provide customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + additional commissions + statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or service contract. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one scheduled day off per week, operating hours aligned with shopping mall opening/closing times, 8 hours per day.
