Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales or Marketing Technologist with retail clothing experience to advise customers, handle cash register and inventory operations, and ensure a personalized, proactive, and team-oriented shopping experience. A commercial-sector company based in Medellín is looking for a Sales, Marketing, or related-field Technologist with a minimum of 12 months of experience in the retail sector, preferably in clothing and shopping malls. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and guiding customers, advising on garment selection according to body type and current trends, ensuring a personalized shopping experience, handling cash register and inventory tasks, and operating office software tools. Desired competencies include assertive communication, customer orientation, teamwork, proactivity, and commitment, along with values such as respect, responsibility, honesty, and punctuality.
