




Position Summary: We are seeking a Selection Analyst to manage temporary staff selection and hiring processes, contributing to the growth and efficiency of human talent acquisition. Provide internal and external customer service A services company requires a Selection Analyst to join its team, with three (3) years of experience managing large-scale processes in temporary staffing firms, contributing to the growth and efficiency of personnel acquisition. · Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields. · Job Mission: Manage temporary staff selection and hiring processes, ensuring timely and appropriate acquisition of the human talent required by the organization. · Responsibilities: - Execute staff selection processes to fill required vacancies. - Conduct staff recruitment through various sources and strategies. - Manage large-scale temporary staff hiring processes. - Support the execution of disciplinary procedures in accordance with organizational guidelines. - Provide internal and external customer service on matters related to selection and hiring. · Required Knowledge: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with ARUS, Comfama, ARL Sura, EPS, and AFP platforms. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork, assertive communication, planning, organization, and adaptability to change. · Salary: Between $2,300,000 and $2,500,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based employment contract.
