Job Summary: Waiter/Waitress responsible for providing timely and high-quality customer service, managing orders, and accompanying customers throughout their dining experience. Maintenance of order and cleanliness An Italian restaurant located in the municipality of Envigado is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join its team, requiring a minimum of one (1) year of experience in hotels, bars, restaurants, cafeterias, clubs, or gastro-bars. · Academic qualification: Primary education or high school diploma. · Job mission: To provide timely and high-quality service to restaurant customers by efficiently managing order taking, food and beverage service, and accompanying customers throughout their experience, thereby contributing to the achievement of the establishment's service standards and customer satisfaction goals. · Responsibilities: - Greet and attend to customers courteously and promptly during their stay at the establishment. - Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate communication with operational departments. - Serve food and beverages according to defined quality and service standards. - Recommend menu items based on customers' preferences and needs. - Maintain tables, utensils, and service items in an organized manner to ensure proper presentation of the area. - Monitor customer satisfaction during service and promptly address their requests. - Support the maintenance of order and cleanliness in public-facing areas. · Professional competencies: Teamwork, organization, proactivity, ability to follow instructions, and commitment. · Salary: COP 1,750,905 + current statutory benefits + COP 249,095 transportation allowance + tips. Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract. Work schedule: 44 hours per week. Two (2) shifts between 11:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. On some weekdays, the establishment closes earlier, so arrival time may be later. Availability to work on Sundays and flexibility for mid-week days off.
