Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to coordinate and manage logistics processes, material and product distribution, and efficient inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring efficiency in product delivery and receipt We are looking for a Logistics Assistant responsible for coordinating and managing logistics processes within the company, ensuring proper distribution of materials and products, as well as efficient inventory management, thereby contributing to internal operational efficiency and timely fulfillment of established deadlines. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage transportation of materials and products to the company's various projects. Support receiving, storage, and inventory control activities. Ensure proper internal distribution of goods and materials according to the requesting department’s requirements. Monitor logistics processes, guaranteeing efficiency in product delivery and receipt. Collaborate in maintaining inventory and asset records and documentation. Supervise compliance with safety regulations and appropriate handling of stored products. Requirements: Education: Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics activities, inventory management, transportation, and distribution of products or goods. Specific Training: Knowledge of inventory management, distribution and transportation, office software tools, and logistics systems.
