Position Summary: We are seeking a technician in civil construction or related fields with experience as a site supervisor in high-rise buildings, focused on construction control and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Role of site supervisor in new high-rise buildings 2. Experience in preparing construction control reports 3. Personnel management * **Title:** Technician in Civil Construction, Technician in Architecture-related Fields, or Technician in Site Supervision. * **General Experience:** More than 2 years. * **Specific Experience:** Must have 2 years of experience documented in no more than two employment certificates, holding the position of site supervisor in new high-rise buildings with pile foundations and structures of at least six stories in height, for public use (hospitals, schools, universities, security facilities, CAM, or similar). At least one of these certificates must be issued by public entities, preferably within the Medellín influence area. Experience in preparing construction control reports and personnel management. * **Additional Education:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon.
