Handling payroll and benefits updates **Company** ----------- SOFASA **Job Description** ------------------- ### **Job Mission:** Provide apprentice-level support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the efficient management of payroll updates, monitoring of economic benefits, regulation of employee leave cycles, and coordination of organizational climate activities, ensuring timely fulfillment of operational requirements from the Human Development department. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Report employee payroll updates promptly and accurately. * Monitor the disbursement of economic benefits and severance payments granted to employees. * Regulate and track established employee leave cycles. * Coordinate institutional immersion activities (onboarding and re-onboarding) for new hires. * Plan and execute emerging activities aimed at strengthening organizational climate. ### **Academic Qualifications:** Student pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or related fields focused on organizational development and talent management. ### **Desired Skills:** * Organization and planning for managing leave cycles and payroll * Responsibility and high confidentiality in handling benefits and employee data * Assertive communication and dynamism for coordinating climate and immersion activities * Attention to detail in reporting updates and monitoring severance payments * Ability to work in teams and proactivity when addressing emerging tasks * Service orientation and commitment to employee well-being ### **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for consolidating updates, managing databases, and tracking benefits. * Basic knowledge of personnel administration processes (payroll, social benefits, vacations). ### **Requirements:** Must be authorized by the educational institution to undertake professional practice and sign the applicable apprenticeship contract. ### **Practice Location:** Envigado, Colombia (On-site). **Job Family** -------------- Transverse **Contract Duration** --------------------- 6 months Renault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves.
