To participate, it is essential that you have not previously undertaken apprenticeship contracts with other companies. Responsibilities: Supporting the efficient and proper operation of offices. Administrative functions such as updating, registering, and storing information. Using office software tools, e.g., Excel. Photocopying, document management, filing, and text processing. Customer service. Managing postal and electronic mail. Receiving/sending correspondence and answering calls. Receiving documents. Recording daily credit analyst loan placements. Reviewing and calling clients regarding loans ready for disbursement.
