Join Alo Credit – Junior Supervisor, Large Retail Stores Alo Credit Colombia SAS, a leading company in granting loans for mobile device purchases, is looking for Sales Promoter Supervisors for large retail stores—passionate about the commercial world and with solid experience working with chain stores. You will be the leader responsible for directing, coordinating, and motivating a team of sales promoters deployed across various locations of a major large-retail company. Your management will be critical to guaranteeing flawless implementation of the Aló Credit model, ensuring adherence to high performance, results, and organizational culture standards focused on goals. Key Responsibilities: Daily supervision of operations at assigned sales points. Leading and motivating the sales promoter team, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. Conducting effective coaching and feedback sessions, implementing continuous improvement plans. Analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and proposing commercial optimization strategies. Ensuring achievement of key indicators such as sales, customer acquisition, effectiveness, and productivity. Timely conflict resolution and maintenance of a healthy work environment. Verifying compliance with working hours, personal appearance, service protocols, and proper use of commercial tools. Ensuring team alignment with Aló Credit’s brand standards and business model. Ideal Candidate Profile: Academic Background: Degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. Minimum Experience: 5 years leading commercial teams in large retail stores or retail channels. Mandatory but not exclusive: Personal vehicle to facilitate mobility. Desirable Knowledge: Basic Excel proficiency, commercial data analysis, sales strategies, leadership of high-performing teams, KPIs. Essential Competencies: Analytical ability and strategic vision. Assertive communication and inspirational leadership. Results orientation and ability to make decisions under pressure. Effective planning, organization, and team follow-up. Compensation Package: Base Salary: $2,000,000 Performance-based variable: Up to $800,000, with potential to exceed target Mobility allowance: $300,000 Overtime pay as per law. Bi-weekly payments.
