Opportunity for growth in a technology-driven environment We seek a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer who supports the commercial process from a technical perspective, understanding customer needs and translating them into viable technological solutions. This person will be responsible for structuring technical proposals and estimates for software development projects, staffing services, and technology solution implementations, ensuring they are clear, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. Responsibilities: * Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements with customers. * Translate business needs into technological solutions. * Design solution architectures and define preliminary scopes. * Identify technologies, tools, and resources required for implementation. * Prepare technical proposals (scope, deliverables, architecture, methodology). * Support budget structuring in coordination with the commercial team. * Estimate technical effort and size development teams. * Assess technical risks and project complexity. * Participate in technical presentations and demos for customers. * Explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ensure proper handover to the delivery team upon deal closure. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * 3–6 years of experience in: * Software development or solution architecture. * Participation in technology projects. * Technical requirements analysis. * Software project estimation or team sizing. Technical Knowledge: * Backend: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar. * Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, or similar. * Software architecture design. * API-based integration. * SQL and/or NoSQL databases. * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile). * Technology project management. Skills: * Analytical ability and solution structuring. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical customers. * Business orientation. * Technical estimation capability. * Teamwork. * Organization and documentation.
