




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrator to comprehensively manage commercial, administrative, and personnel operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring target achievement and continuous improvement. Staff management and coordination across store locations Company: Tienda Max printer SAS, a national technology products distributor. Responsibilities: 1. Commercial Management: Supervise sales at each store location. Implement strategies to achieve commercial targets. Ensure appropriate customer service and service quality. Control inventory levels and product availability. 2. Information Reporting: Submit daily sales reports—or as per established guidelines—to headquarters. Report results, updates, and performance metrics for each store. Consolidate general reports from all three retail locations. 3. Administrative Management: Supervise proper administrative functioning at each store. Monitor expenses, cash handling, and adherence to internal processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 4. Personnel Management: Coordinate and supervise store staff. Assign duties and monitor performance. Support training initiatives and regulatory compliance. 5. Systems Monitoring and Control: Ensure correct use of sales and inventory systems. Track system records for each process. Identify and report data inconsistencies or technical failures. 6. Operational Control: Verify proper opening and closing procedures for each store. Ensure store order, presentation, and operational functionality. Supervise adherence to working hours and daily operations. 7. Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with company targets and policies. Propose improvements to commercial and administrative processes. Monitor key performance indicators.
