Job Summary: This role is for a dynamic route assistant who will accompany product distribution, manage deliveries, collect payments, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key Highlights: 1. You will spend most of your time on the road, delivering products, accompanying the driver, and ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers. Your schedule will be dynamic, aligned with scheduled deliveries, and involve high interaction with people and logistics processes. What will you do in this role? You will accompany the distribution of our products to various sales points. You will load and unload merchandise together with the assigned driver. You will collect payments for delivered orders and perform daily cash reconciliation. You will report incidents and ensure that merchandise and money arrive in perfect condition. You will be a service ambassador: friendly, respectful, and solution-oriented. What are we looking for? A high school graduate with at least 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, customer service, and cash collection. A responsible, agile person with attention to detail and sound money-handling skills.
