What will you do? - Advise customers by identifying their needs and offering solutions that improve their shopping experience. - Drive sales through knowledge of products, services, and the store’s commercial priorities. - Ensure a well-organized, fully stocked work area aligned with IKEA standards to facilitate shopping and product availability. What are we looking for? - High school diploma - Experience in retail and customer service. - Proven active selling experience through understanding customers and their needs. - Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
