Position Summary: Design and technical drafting analyst responsible for 3D modeling, process automation, on-site support, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Project design, 3D modeling, and technical documentation 2. Automation of construction budgeting through macro development 3. On-site technical support and continuous process improvement 1. Request Receipt and Analysis • Receive drawings and drawing/detailed layout request forms from the sales advisor; verify completeness and suitability for processing. • Clarify uncertainties with the project advisor or, if necessary, contact the end client directly. • Analyze, calculate, and design projects during the quotation phase, and prepare or coordinate the detailed layout proposal with the sales advisor. 2. Design, Modeling, and Technical Documentation • Drafting of drawings and technical plans. • Development of 3D models. • Produce renderings or images required by internal or external clients. • Implement necessary project revisions until an appropriate proposal is achieved for the client, optimizing the detailed layout design to control and improve profit margins. • Upon project acceptance, issue installation drawings for site use. 3. Technical Resource Automation and Management • Develop macros to automate construction budgeting. 4. On-Site Technical Support and Coordination • Conduct on-site visits during both the quotation and installation phases, as required. • Support the sales department as needed to strengthen brand positioning and ensure end-client satisfaction. 5. Follow-up and Continuous Improvement • Follow up with clients and provide feedback to Management or the Technical Engineer. • Propose and present improvement ideas to optimize departmental processes. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree / Technological program 2 years of experience Keywords: draftsman, draughtsman, dibujante, deliniante, construccion, construction, obra, edificar, edificacion
