Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Analyst to contribute to the planning, design, and supervision of electrical and civil engineering projects, supporting both technical and commercial areas. Manage relationships with corporate clients regarding claims and tenders. GTA Business Group is a company dedicated to the construction and maintenance of electrical engineering works and civil works. · We are currently seeking an Engineering Analyst for our main office located in Envigado, Antioquia. Your engineering experience will be essential to contribute to the planning, design, and supervision of projects. · Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering. - Experience: Minimum of (2) years in duties related to this position. - Knowledge: Basic Office Suite, ArcGIS, MS Project, AutoCAD, and blueprint interpretation. · Responsibilities: Support the technical area of projects for all requested requirements; analyze information collected from projects. Monitor project progress and technical area requirements. Maintain control over work quantities, progress, and cut-offs. Support the design of steel structures and foundation calculations. Analyze information and prepare progress reports. Manage relationships with corporate clients during claim and tender processes. Supervise critical activities in the construction process. Prepare reports as requested by the Technical Directorate and Management. Support the commercial area with calculations and budgets for new projects. · We offer the following employment conditions: Fixed-term contract (3 months); based on performance, it may be extended to an indefinite term. Base salary of 2,600,000 COP, including all statutory benefits; paid monthly. Office hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturdays, remote work (2 hours).
