Design of quality control parameters JOB PURPOSE: Analyze, design, support, and optimize the company's departmental processes, procedures, and methods to ensure that manufactured products are profitable, safe, and viable. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Standardize time requirements for each company process, serving as input for monitoring and controlling efficiency and productivity. 2. Conduct workload analyses to enable appropriate plant balancing. 3. Implement continuous improvement programs to optimize costs, product specifications, plant efficiency, and quality indices. 4. Design process control parameters to ensure product quality at each production stage. 5. Develop tracking and management indicators that support process control and improvement. 6. Continuously publish and provide feedback on management indicator results at both departmental and individual levels. 7. Analyze work methods to improve process efficiency. JOB PROFILE Basic Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Productivity and Quality, or related fields. Specific Knowledge: Concepts of continuous improvement and process optimization, predetermined or stopwatch-based methods and time studies, statistical analysis. Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process control. ERP knowledge is desirable, preferably SIESA. Experience: Minimum 2 years in engineering roles with shop-floor experience in manufacturing plants. Preferably in the textile/apparel sector.
