We seek a candidate with experience in financial processes, strong attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Requirements: Technical or technological education in accounting, finance, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in banking portals, preferably Bancolombia and Davivienda. Experience in uploading flat files and managing bank accounts. Basic accounting knowledge. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Proficiency in tools and platforms such as SAT, Prosoft, and Gmail. Experience handling cash / petty cash. Internal and external customer service. Competencies: Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Resourceful, proactive individual with a positive attitude. Teamwork skills. High level of responsibility, commitment, and integrity. Position Conditions: Location: Itagüí. Rotating schedule: One week: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. One week: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Availability to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays): two consecutive weekends worked, followed by two weekends off.
