Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed Calender Operator to operate textile sublimation equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate calendering equipment for textile sublimation. 2. Ensure the quality of the finished product and identify defects. 3. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and maintain order. At SubliLab, we are looking for a Calender Operator to strengthen our production team. We seek a responsible, committed, and quality-oriented individual to operate our sublimation equipment. Main Responsibilities: - Operate calendering equipment for textile sublimation. - Ensure setup and preparation for continuous and localized productions. - Verify temperature, speed, and pressure parameters during the process. - Continuously inspect the quality of the finished product. - Promptly detect and report printing, color, or transfer defects. - Record quality and production anomalies according to company procedures. - Monitor consumption of protective paper and production materials. - Ensure proper fabric winding and handling. - Support packaging, shipping, and area organization tasks as required. - Perform basic cleaning, organization, and preventive maintenance of equipment. - Strictly comply with company-established quality and safety procedures. Requirements: - Experience in textile processes, sublimation, or industrial machinery operation. - Knowledge of quality control. - Ability to work toward production targets. - Proficiency in handling textile materials. - Availability to support overtime shifts when operations require.
