Opportunity for professional growth Opportunity to join CARGA S.A.S. as an IT Assistant · Job Mission: Provide comprehensive support in resolving IT incidents escalated to the IT department that impact business operations, prioritizing received requests based on service impact level, ensuring operational continuity and timely resolution for end users. Responsibilities Execute and support the help desk plan and scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance for technological infrastructure, according to the work schedule established by the area leader. Analyze and classify incidents within the help desk based on business priority level, and manage activities required to ensure resolution of incidents and achievement of ICT service compliance levels. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software. Verify and update system and equipment protection measures to minimize security risks. Monitor the Company’s LAN and Wi-Fi networks daily, identifying failures and taking action regarding detected issues. Support the control of the Company’s physical and logical assets. Protect and verify proper operation and updating of operating systems. Support implementation of updates, enhancements, licensing, and functionalities of information systems arising from performance analyses and new requirements or initiatives emerging within the Company. · Requirements Technical/technologist in Systems and/or recently graduated professional. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support and help desk. Knowledge of Software and Hardware Maintenance, Data and Information Networks, and Technological Infrastructure.
