Location: Copacabana, Antioquia We are currently seeking a **Process Assistant** to support the execution, control, and improvement of production processes within the company, ensuring compliance with quality, time, and cost standards, and contributing to operational efficiency and the reduction of errors or waste in production. **Requirements** · High school diploma. · Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (optional). · Experience working in cold environments (refrigerated chambers). · Valid Food Handling Certification. · Availability for weekly shift rotation. **Main Responsibilities** · Support the execution of production processes. · Verify compliance with established standards. · Assist in daily production activity control. · Contribute to continuous process improvement and efficient resource utilization. **Working Conditions** Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract. Salary: $1,423,500 Transportation allowance: $200,000 Work schedule: 8-hour shifts · 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. · 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Weekly rotation.
