Collaborate in an open and cooperative environment for well-being. **Packaging Operator** **About the Role:** Safely operate a hygiene product production line, manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, the operator is responsible for the performance of palletizing equipment and plant inventory, as well as achieving established production targets. **What You’ll Do** Work within Essity’s safety standards and also be responsible for others. Operate the palletizer and monitor the process; adjust as necessary according to Essity’s Continuous Improvement Systems. Actively participate in DOM meetings. Lead changeovers, perform machine repairs within Autonomous Maintenance (AM) limits under TPM methodology; and other assigned technical activities. Organize and prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standard operating procedures. Maintain appropriate communication with the preceding and following shifts, as well as with other personnel involved in machine operation. Maintain optimal cleanliness in the work area. Ensure product quality by periodically checking product specifications, rejecting and blocking non-conforming items if necessary.
