You will be responsible for accounting entries, invoice processing, reconciliations, and administrative support to the accounting department. **Your Responsibilities** * Record accounting entries and upload invoices into QuickBooks. * Receive, review, and classify purchase and sales invoices. * Verify document validity (Tax ID, dates, taxes, descriptions). * Manage credit and debit notes. * Handle accounts payable: record liabilities, prepare payment lists, and monitor due dates. * Perform bank and supplier reconciliations (including advances). * Record petty cash transactions and validate supporting documentation. * Prepare basic accounting reports and deliver information to the accountant or external auditor. * Support VAT, withholding tax, payroll, and social security contribution reconciliations. * Organize physical and digital files, liaise with suppliers, and assist with administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements** * Education or experience in accounting or related fields. * Basic knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus). * Accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Growth opportunities within a stable and professional team. * Collaborative work environment.
