We are seeking personnel for the position of Fleet Maintenance Coordinator. The candidate must be honest, responsible, punctual, highly tolerant of frustration, efficient, and tolerant. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics for large vehicles—such as tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, trucks, etc.—is required, enabling the coordinator to provide initial guidance when a vehicle encounters an issue, pending the arrival of a professional technician. Knowledge of refrigerated units is essential. The candidate will prepare quotations, monitor vehicle maintenance, track damages, etc. 24-hour availability is required, as vehicles operate continuously. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of motor vehicles. Supervise interventions during assembly processes. Maintain vehicle service histories. Track and record maintenance schedules. Advise on the purchase and sale of motor vehicles and auto parts. Technically receive and deliver motor vehicles and spare parts. Participate in the driver selection process, validating skills and competencies. Deliver vehicles to assigned drivers. Control the quality of engine assembly performed by operators. Track and record documents related to various OLT Transport contracts. Notify vehicle owners/drivers of upcoming expirations of legally mandated documentation. Inspect vehicles to identify failures and supervise their correction. Record expenses for fuel, oil, batteries, tires, filters, consumables, spare parts, and other items. Monitor and record performance indicators and activities. Manage the company-owned fleet. Contribute to improving the management system and fulfill assigned tasks within it. Accurately complete integrated management forms relevant to responsibilities. Submit accountability reports to management regarding management indicators, SST&A, P&L per vehicle, maintenance reports, and compliance with the Vehicle Safety and Health Plan (PESV). Identify certified workshops for maintenance and repair of the company-owned fleet. SALARY: To be agreed upon based on experience Position type: Full-time
