




Job Summary: Responsible for food preparation, ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation, and coordinating the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow. Key Highlights: 1. Creativity for new products and production control **Kitchen Leader / Chef** **Competencies:** Responsible for preparing the foods offered and for overall kitchen operations. Also responsible for ensuring the quality, freshness, and presentation of served dishes; maintaining a clean and safe working environment; and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient workflow while complying with food safety requirements. Additionally, must coordinate with the procurement officer regarding the list of ingredients and equipment required for production. **Experience:** Technical or professional degree in Culinary Arts and/or Gastronomy, preferably with at least 1 year of professional experience. **Required Skills:** Teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, analytical capacity, awareness of sanitation and hygiene, creativity for developing new products, and ability to monitor and control the various processes involved in area production. **Location:** Medellín and/or Metropolitan Area **Salary:** To be agreed upon Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Workplace: On-site employment Application Deadline: 03/27/2026
