The candidate will be responsible for scheduling trips, managing logistics documentation, and providing operational support to carriers and customers. **Required Profile:** **Education:** High school diploma (preferably Technician in Logistics, Marketing, Systems, or related fields) **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles **Knowledge requirements:** * Proficiency with Systram Web software * Transportation documentation: shipments, manifests, route plans * Customer service and logistics coordination * Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills **Main Responsibilities:** * Scheduling vehicles for national and international shipments * Trip tracking and route monitoring * Coordination with customers and carriers * Generation and management of logistics documentation * Data entry into Systram and support for billing processes * Management of quotations, reports, and customer performance indicators * Compliance with quality, safety, and document management policies Are you organized, responsible, and do you have experience handling cash in transportation or logistics companies?
