Neuromedica is seeking a Sterilization Center Assistant for its location in Sabaneta, at IPS Mayorca. The candidate must perform the following duties: 1) Receive contaminated materials and wash them to reduce biological load; 2) Prepare and package medical equipment and devices; 3) Monitor expiration dates of sterilized medical equipment and devices; 4) Receive osteosynthesis materials; 5) Conduct inventory of the sterile storage area containing all medical equipment and devices ready for use; 6) Wash, dry, prepare, and package surgical instruments, osteosynthesis materials, and medical devices destined for sterilization; 7) Prepare and sterilize loads according to the required sterilization method; 8) Validate chemical, physical, and biological controls of sterilization loads to ensure process reliability; 9) Record sterilization loads and document supporting evidence for each sterilization method; 10) Store and distribute medical devices within the storage area; 11) Supply sterile materials to all locations and departments requiring them; 12) Perform daily and weekly inventory of storage and supplies; 13) Report process failures to the immediate supervisor; 14) Conduct daily briefings aligned with the surgical schedule; 15) Review scheduling and planning in accordance with the surgical schedule.
