




**FUNCTIONS:** \-Receive, classify according to references, batch and production date of the product that was changed for reasons related to customers. \-Verify the quantity of exchanged products and the reasons why this procedure was carried out, operating according to the company's established exchange policies. \-Place the products in the storage area according to change specifications. \-Perform daily records using the formats established by the company in order to control and ensure data quality. \-Report daily exchange activity to interacting departments on a daily basis. \-Report to the immediate supervisor any difficulties or new issues that may arise during the receipt of damaged goods. ***Requirements:*** ***\-High school graduate*** ***\-One year of experience in customer service*** **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Saturday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Position type: Full-time
