We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now. **Position Summary** The Junior GIS/Geospatial Analyst supports geospatial data preparation, mapping, and digital deliverable creation for projects. This role works under supervision to produce maps, figures, and spatial analyses using ESRI ArcGIS tools and related software. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with geospatial data collection, cleaning, and organization. * Develop maps, figures, and digital deliverables (PDFs, web maps) for reports and presentations. * Support geodatabase maintenance and metadata documentation. * Perform QA/QC checks on spatial data. * Contribute to project teams by providing basic geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder). * Learn and apply company standards for data management and cartography. **Required Qualifications** * BS or Associate’s in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or related field. * 2–5 years of professional GIS experience. * Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS suite and basic geospatial data formats. * Introductory SQL and willingness to learn Python for automation. * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Certifications** * ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Entry or Associate **Software Stack** * ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Enterprise * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Basic SQL (ArcGIS or SQL Server) * Familiarity with Python (ArcPy) for automation (preferred) **Moving forward together** We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
