Preferably a graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. #### **Experience** Minimum 3 years of software development experience, actively participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC): analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. #### **Role Focus** We seek a Full Stack Developer focused on delivering value, leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity, quality, and traceability. AI usage will serve as an enabler, while technical responsibility for design, code, and deliverables remains fully with the developer. ### **Technical Knowledge** #### **Front\-End** * Experience with React: + Hooks + Context API + Routing management * AI usage for: + Component generation and refactoring + Performance optimization #### **Back\-End** * Node.js: + RESTful APIs + Authentication (JWT, OAuth) + Microservices architecture * AI usage for: + Endpoint generation + Contract validation + Logical optimization #### **Databases** * Microsoft SQL Server: + Relational modeling + Complex queries + Optimization * MongoDB: + Unstructured modeling + Queries and tuning * AI usage in data analysis and validation #### **Languages** * JavaScript and TypeScript (advanced) * ES6\+ and design patterns ### **Cloud and DevOps** #### **Azure** * Azure Functions * App Services * Blob Storage * AI usage in automation and optimization #### **DevOps** * Azure DevOps: + CI/CD pipelines + Repositories + Environment management * Desirable: + Test automation + Enhancing pipelines with AI #### **Version Control** * GitHub: + Pull Requests + Branching strategies + Conflict resolution * AI usage as support in code reviews ### **AI Usage in Development** Experience or familiarity with AI for: * Requirements analysis * Code generation * Automated testing * Technical documentation Ability to validate and take ownership of generated outputs. ### **Desirable Knowledge** **Spec Driven Development (SDD):** * Working with clear specifications * Contracts, business rules, and acceptance criteria * Relationship between SDD, testing, and quality * AI usage to improve traceability and consistency ### **Additional Skills** * Testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai or similar) * Performance optimization * Clear technical documentation ### **Responsibilities** * Full stack development (front-end and back-end) * Database design and optimization * Active participation in the SDLC * CI/CD implementation * Ensuring quality, maintainability, and traceability **What We Offer** Video Benefits Colombia.mp4 At Choucair, your well-being is part of what drives us.
