Collaboration with development, product, and business teams At ePayco, we are seeking a Semi-Senior QA Analyst passionate about software quality, with a focus on continuous improvement, who actively participates from the early stages of development to ensure high-level products. We seek someone capable of deeply engaging with products, understanding them in detail, possessing analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. ##### **What will you do in this role?** * Design, document, and execute test cases for front\-end and back\-end applications * Validate end\-to\-end flows, ensuring proper integration across layers * Perform testing on microservices and APIs (REST/SOAP), guaranteeing their correct functionality, integrity, and error handling * Identify, report, and track bugs * Validate functionalities in testing and production environments * Participate in refinements, planning, and retrospectives (agile methodologies) * Execute functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, load, and performance tests. * Actively collaborate with development, product, and business teams. **Requirements** * Over 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the Fintech sector and payment method integrations. * Solid experience in front\-end (UI/UX) and back\-end testing * Knowledge and experience in API and microservice testing * Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar * Experience in test case design and defect management; proficiency with tools such as Jira and Test Management tools (Zephyr, Xray, QAlity, or similar) * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Basic knowledge of automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) – desirable **Benefits:** * Work modality: Hybrid (Medellín) * Additional vacation days. * Days off on special dates. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth. * **Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.**
