Variety of career opportunities **Company:** ------------ Marsh **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This position is based in Bogotá, at the Calle 26 office. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office and two days working from home. As an Insurance Analyst, you will support insurance operations by handling basic customer requests, providing post-sales support, and managing policy issuance, quoting, renewal, and administration. You will also perform month-end closing activities and must be agile in adapting to change while consistently delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for: * Handling basic customer requests and providing post-sales support. * Issuing, quoting, and renewing insurance policies. * Administering insurance policies and managing related documentation. * Performing month-end closing activities related to insurance operations. * Remaining available for extended hours during month-end closings. What You Need: * Technical or university degree in Insurance or a related field. * At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in policy renewal, issuance, quoting, modifications, and administration.
