Monitoring of internal human resources processes We are seeking an apprentice in the academic or productive phase with technical or technological training in human talent or administrative management. The individual will participate in departmental processes, including support in recruitment, employee document management, and monitoring of internal HR processes. The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, possess communication skills, handle information confidentially, and demonstrate willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of selection processes, social security affiliations, and office software tools is valued. ***Responsibilities to be performed:*** * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes, including job posting and resume screening. * Support interview scheduling and candidate contact. Support organization and updating of personnel documentation. * Support hiring processes and social security affiliations. Support monitoring of onboarding processes for new employees. * Support occupational wellness and training activities. * Support updating of the human talent department’s databases.
