




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical or technological student in administration, accounting, or related fields to support document management, administrative tasks, and provide assistance across various areas. Modality: In-person, Bogotá Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Level: Technical or Technological degree in administrative fields Main Responsibilities: Support document management, filing, and database updating. Track and control internal and external correspondence. Prepare basic reports and presentations using Office tools. Provide administrative support to different departments as required. Support procurement, inventory, or logistics processes as needed. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and track tasks. Update information on internal platforms such as SharePoint or other corporate tools. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a technical or technological program in administration, accounting, business management, or related fields. Institutional approval for an apprenticeship contract. Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. Valued Skills: Attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly.
