Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes A leading company in the gastronomic sector, located in Chía, is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to strengthen quality control and assurance processes within its operations. Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities Supervise and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Conduct periodic inspections in kitchens, storage areas, and production zones. Monitor temperatures, food handling, and food preservation. Prepare quality reports and continuous improvement plans. Train staff on hygiene, food handling, and quality protocols. Manage documentation and records related to audits and sanitary controls. Support internal and external audits. Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and production processes. Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations. Requirements University degree, technical, or technological qualification in Quality, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, or related fields. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality-related roles within the gastronomic or food sector. Knowledge of GMP and food safety. Proficiency in office software.
